Successfuly the Third Cochlear Implant

Successfully for the third time a medical group
succeeded to implant a Cochlear in Saudi German Hospital - Aseer for a Child
aged 18 months who was suffering from Sensori Neural Hearing Loss.
The team was supervised by
Prof. Abdulaziz Belal,
Faculty Medicine Dean, Alexandria University and the pioneer in Cochlear Implant
in the Kingdom and Middle East.
Also attended the Implant,
Dr. Yasser Khafagy,
Consultant & Head of ENT department at Saudi German Hospital - Aseer, Dr.
Montaser Abdulazim, ENT Specialist, Dr. Essam
Mahmoud, Audiology Consultant.
After the operation, the child undergo a Linguistic
Rehabilitation program by Dr. Manal Mohamed Naguib,
Phonetics Consultant.
