Brain Tumor Resection for an old Female in 60s 
A successful intracranial operation was done to a female Saudi patient aged 63 years who presented by deterioration of her visual acuity together with bilateral anosmia, chronic bifrontal headache and personality changes. Operations was done in SGH-Aseer and took around 12 hours during which a huge olfactory groove meningioma at the base of the anterior cranial fossa was excised completely and successfully. Operation was performed by Prof. Dr. Hassan Mohamed Moukthar (M.D) Consultant and Head of Neurosurgery Department. News Page |
