With care of God, A critical case was saved In SGH Madinah

A critically shocked pt. came to the ER of SGH madinah after being involved in a severe blunt trauma to chest and abdomen during work.
After immediate resuscitation , and proper investigations, pt. was diagnosed to have severe internal haemorrhage due to traumatic rupture liver . Pt transferred immediately to operation theatre and exploration was done to show a severely crushed ruptured entire Rt lobe of the liver. Successful trials were made by surgery team to save the Rt lobe by means of mesh,clotting and haemostatic factors.And by critical and anasthesia team care, Pt passed smooth post operative period and was discharged in a good condition to be FU at OPD.
