By the virtue of Allah , a young girl treated from a complete paraplegia

A 14 years old girl came to Neurology department of our hospital as she suffered from dense paraplegia with retention urine & loss of sensation below the umbilicus.
Our neurology consultant, Dr. Yousry Abul Naga saw patient & advice to do MRI which showed evidence of dorsal spinal cord myelitis.
Rapidly a protocol of management standard including specific medical treatment & physiotherapy.
By will of Allah, the patient improved significantly within one week to extent that she discharged walking without support.
