Total Removal of A huge Tumor from Brain of Alady

A female patient aged 61 years old came to the clinic complaining of sever headache and progressive deteuration of the visual acuity.
MRI brain showed huge tumor occupying the Rt. proutal area of the brain & extending to the base of the skull and the nasal sinuses on the Rt. side & positively it reaches the area of the optic chiasm
The patient was operated up & with the help of Allah, the tumor was removed completely & the patient regained her normal condition.
The operation was done by Dr. Mohammad Al- Naggar, Consultant & Head of neurosurgery department & anesthesia was given by Dr. Waleed Saaad , Consultant & head of anesthesia department.
