Resection of a large abdominal tumor after sever abdominal pain in Saudi German Hospital, Madinah

The patient came to the gastroenterology clinic suffering from marked abdominal distension with chronic constipation and sever nausea lasting for several months.
All investigations have been done which all approved that there is large tumor, rapidly they made abdominal exploration with complete resection of the tumor which has been surrounding the uterus and ovaries, and this was done through the oncology surgery consultant in Saudi German Hospital, Madinah.
Thanks for God, the patient get out of hospital in a good condition after disappearance of constipation and nausea which she was suffering since several months.
