Resection of a large ovarian cyst from a girlzxc s ovary in Saudi German Hospital Madinah

A small girl with age of twelve years old came to Saudi German Hospital Madina suffering from sever abdominal pain, she take a lot of sedative drugs but without any benefits.
The girl came to the Gynecology Department, ultrasound sonography was done for her which reveals that there is a large cyst on the ovary (20*30 cm.).
Resection was done to the cyst successfully and thanks God, the girl went out of the hospital in a good and stable state.
