73 years old female patient came to Saudi German Hospital Madinah, she was sitting on wheelchair because she was unable to walk, after consultation and making all investigations, the doctors found that she has a huge spinal tumor pressing on the spinal nerves.
The operation was done and the tumor has been separated successfully from the spinal cord and spinal nerves.
Thanks God, the patient progressed gradually and after three weeks only, she become able to walk alone.
