Saving a female patient from complete paralysis in Saudi German Hospital Madinah

A female patient at age of 38 years old came to the hospital suffering more than 1.5 year from sever back pain which becomes worsen until the patient had paraplegia with stress & bowel incontinence.
After consultation, the patient made MRI on the back which reveals that there is a huge tumor pressing on the spinal cord resulting in paraplegia.
A resection operation had been done to the patient to separate the tumor from the spinal cord, which has been done by the neurosurgery consultant in presence of anesthesia consultant & Thanks God the patient becomes able to control the urine and stool after five days & becomes able to walk after one month in cooperation with the physiotherapy team.
