Treatment of patient having Multiple fractures in the mandibles in Saudi German Hospital Madinah

A male patient came to the emergency department in Saudi German Hospital, Madinah after falling from hight during working.
After examination & making CT scan, there was fracture of the upper jaw& nose with another one in the lower jaw and mandible.
The patient has been admitted to the hospital & received medical treatment because his face was very edematous then after one week he made an operation for reduction of fracture with internal fixation by plates & screws & closing the mouth using wires to return the teeth to its normal position, after one week the patient made another operation for reduction of the fracture in the nose and it was fixed by splint.
Thanks God, the patient after few days gets out of the hospital completely cured & return to his normal shape of the face, now he is following in the outpatient clinic.
