Under care of Allah, success the first open heart operation in SGH Madinah

A 28 years old female patient admitted to cardiology department in the hospital. She was suffering from regurge and stenosis of the mitral valve “double mitral valve diseases”.
The patient has post history of open heart surgery few years ago for dilation of the mitral valve but the diseases has recurred again and caused cardiomegally and heart failure.
This deterioration necessitates urgent surgical interference and thanks to Allah, the operation had performed with great success by Prof. Dr. Yousif Abd El Fatah and in cooperation with Dr. Mohamed Halim and Dr. Ayman El Naggar where they do mitral valve replacement.
It’s known that a second redo of open heart surgery is one of the most critical heart surgeries.
Thanks to Allah, complete recovery has occurred from the 1st day and started walking from the second day and discharged from the hospital in stable condition and she follow up in the cardiology department clinic.
She thanks Allah for cure and appreciates the administration of this great medical construction.
