Under care of ALLAH, PTCA& stenting of totally occluded LAD in AL-MADINAH AL-MONAWARAH.

To our cardiology clinic by early post-infarction angina, despite maximal medical treatment, Coronary angio showed totally occluded LAD with retrograde filling from RCA, AS, Echo-CG showed good LV-systolic function & no evidence of aneurysm in area of LAD.
We decided to perform PTCA & slanting of LAD.
We used 0.014 choice floppy guide wire to bypass total occlusion, followed by balloon dilatation using 3.0X 10mm
Maverick balloon, then we used 3.0X 20mm express stint & restoration of full length &flow no further ischemic attacks.
