A patient arrived to ER complaining of fracture of facial bone and trauma to left eye lead to inability to accurate vision, eye movement and failure of mastication.
An urgent operation by Dr. Hossam Ashour, dental consultant who doing maxillofacial repair and fixation by titanium and scorns and repair of orbital floor.
By the favorite of God, the patient now in a good look and full function of lye and mouth.
