With Allah blessing a patient saved from impending amputation to his leg

A pakestanian patient aged 40 years old working in construction company arrived to ER SGH sustaining of sever trauma. The ER doctor and trauma team in hospital assessing the patient and doing the first aid measures, laborer and radiological investigation which revealed compound fracture in left femur and compound comminuted fracture of left tibia compromising the lower limb circulation. Immediately the patient is prepared to operation by Dr. Weam Farid, orthopedic consultant and Dr. Wafik Massoud, G. surgery consultant. The patient is subject to major operation in which internal fixation of the bone was done and a graft from the right leg to bypass the arterial obstruction, By these the patient saved from impending amputation to his leg. Thanks to God, the patient still followed up in out patient clinic.
