Thanks to Allah for success of open heart surgery in Saudi German hospital in Al- Madinah Al- Monawarah

An old male Pakistani patient attended cardiology department in the hospital where he was complaining of inferior wall MI.
Immediately, the requested investigations performed and revealed the need for diagnostic coronary angiography which revealed total occlusion of right coronary artery and sever stenosis (90%) of left anterior descending artery.
After echocardiography assessment of myocardial function, an open heart surgery was done under supervision of Dr. Ayman El- Naggar and Dr. Mohammad Haleem where they implanted the internal mammary artery.
Patient started ambulation outside the bed and discharged from ICU to general ward after 48 hours.
The patient and his family thanks Allah for cure and appreciated the hospital administration for specialized medical care and success of the surgery.
