Allah’s care willing that the opening of SGH-Sana’a which attended by Prof. Dr. Khalid Abdul galeel Al Batejee, Orthopedic Chief, coincides with a case of female patient suffering from quadriplegia for over 9 month. She decides to visit SGH – Sana’a looking for treatment for her case after visiting many other hospitals. She was suffers from sever pain and disability to move her lower extremities. She came to SGH with hope and believes in Allah’s fatal. She received by the medical team of Prof. Dr. Khalid A. Batterjee, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Shaker, which performed diagnosis investigations which has been done through the most developed and unique equipments in Yemen, and by the most new and modernized MRI in Middle East that can take a complete three dimensions image in two minutes without the need to keep patient in the MRI as previous. The team found a big tumor in bone marrow which requires Gamma camera (which is world’s modernized one) to measure the tumor’s dimensions, shape, type, and mass. Then, team decides to make an operation to tumor from bone marrow by endoscope. The team removed the tumor and the patient became healthy and could to move her lower extremities, and she now joining a physiotherapy program to live a normal life.
